    Hello,
    I started using wordpress and used the web version. My domain name is photography419077213.wordpress.com. I have not added anything yet on this site.
    I would like to start over using a different webhost and install wordpress on my computer. Is it possible to use the same username and password for WordPress.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hello,

    The domain  “wordpress.com”  is only available for free accounts, or accounts without a connected custom domain, hosted on WordPress.com

    If you change your hosting, your site will no longer be on WordPress.com, but on WordPress.org:

    When you create your account on the new hosting, you will find out if your username is available.

    You can also maintain your site on WordPress.com and purchase a paid plan with more features.
