  So I have the problem that when move the browser around the things like text and content move around and out of place. Not sure if it is my container but regardless how can I not make it move my things out of place? I was told I need a responsive code but obviously I cannot get into the HTML….

  Hi there, the theme you are using, Port, is what is called a Responsive Design and it adjusts to browser window and device widths (tablets, phones) in order to keep your content readable. In general it is difficult to change a Responsive Design back into a fixed width design.
