I have my domain name in Sweden. The name is reserved. I want to sell food items directly to home consumers, just like a grocery store without the store. I thought I could use WooCommerce to do this but no matter what I am forwarded to WordPress were I am asked to pay for an annual subscription for something which doesn’t even allow for Swedish domain names. Before doing this I need to know whether it will work or not. Can please someone explain

Hi there,
To be able to install plugins on WordPress.com you do need our WordPress.com Business Plan (or higher). Plugins such as WooCommerce cannot be added on free sites or sites at our lower plan levels.
Our plans do also include “domain mapping” which you can use to connect your domain to a site here. What is the domain you have now? I’m sure it would work with our domain mapping system but I am happy to check and confirm.

The WooCommerce plugin does not include this kind of functionality in the default plugin, so we would not be able to guide you on that part of the journey. However the good news is that WooCommerce is expandable with the addition of plugins (sometimes called extensions) that will extend the ecommerce functionality of your site.
I can see by searching Google that it is possible to use WooCommerce for an online food store and there is a lot of advice on how to do that.
I should also point out that the Business plan (which allows you to upload the WooCommerce plugin) does also come with priority support, and and we do provide help for general WooCommerce setup questions in-house.
