  Will I be able to create a web page after purchasing my plan? Right now all I can do is the domain name and tag line

  You should be able to create a page without needing to upgrade. Can you let us know what isn’t working for you and where you’re not seeing the ability to create posts or pages on your site? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
