Web page indexing

  Please help,

  my web page isn’t found by search engines, although I clicked the bracket Public in the settings and made it available to be displayed by the search engines.

  I made additional checks by inputing site:technicalanalysisgarage.wordpress.com and it did not show any results, proving that the site isn’t indexed.

  I had some visitors in the beginning. That was right after I published a question, so it seems that only those who read my previous question were able to find my web page.

  Thank you in advance for suggestions on a possible solution.

  Hi there,

  It takes several weeks after you set your site to public before it will be fully indexed by search engines and start showing up in search results. This is simply a process that takes time.

  The one way you can potentially make this process complete faster, is to publish new posts at least a few times a week to start with – search engines can’t index your site if there isn’t enough content for them to index, and additionally we actively ping Google and the other major search engines each time you publish a new post.
