web page name

  I paid for an upgrade so that I could have my own webpage. the web page I wanted is:
  http://www.sig-ana.com. The web name that appears is: sig-anadotcom.com. This is not what I want nor what I paid for. This is the second time I asked for help. I am beyond frustrated. Please fix this problem or kindly refund my money.

  Hey there.

  The www is stripped from all WordPress.com domain names. It cannot be appended while your domain is registered here.

  You can absolutely use www in your business cards, or on other documentation. However, when www is typed in, your visitor will be taken to sig-ana.com.
