I have an alternate page (username RobH75) that is using Optimize Press 2.0. I had a notification of an update and so attempted to download it. I can no longer access it or my site robhedges.com that I was using it for. I am using this site in orfer to contact you about this problem, I do not have a problem under this username

You are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs and those are the only sites our support docs refer to. Your site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
