Web Page turned into an ‘error’ page.

    We got the following error when trying to reach our web page online. Any help to get it fixed would be great. We had a web page up and running for two years but hadn’t done anything in a few months. Thank you for your time!

    Hi there,

    Can you tell me what theme you currently have active on the site?


    @tenzinsonam657    , the error indicates it’s an issue with a WordPress.com theme, so even if the site is self-hosted, this is likely an issue for us to fix if the site has one of our themes active.

    Additionally, the WordPress.org forums provide support for the core WordPress software, but they don’t provide support for issues with specific plugins or themes. Support for those is the responsibility of the companies who make those products.
