Web page/blog appearance and deleted cookies

  My blog’s appearance have totally changed. It does not look anything like the one I have designed with my theme, etc. It looks like a word document, with no color, nor does it have the normal WP appearance. All the headings, pages, blogs are sitting down the left margin.

  Can it have anything to do with the fact that I deleted all the cookies and temp files from my PC? And can anybody help me to restore my page to what it was before?

  I’m not quite sure what is going on but if it helps when I clicked on the link it showed up with The Bouquet Theme and everything looks good.

  If I click on the link it still opens in the Word-like document. No theme, nothing.
