Web pages and wordpress admin pages won't load, or only sporatically load

    For the last 4 days, my web pages and WordPress admin have problems loading when I click on something. My service provider assured me there is no issue with the server. I have done nothing in the past few pays except install the latest version of Jetpack. I have since deactivated Jetpack, and cleared the cache, but still the same problem. When trying to use WP admin, response is very sporadic, as in, if I click on comments, it will churn with out loading my comment page. If I stop and reload page it may eventually load the comments page. Updated to latest version of wordPress, but that was weeks ago, so I’m sure that is not teh issue, because this only started 3 days ago

    You might want to try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find the instructions to do so here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    Hi there,

    If it’s not your hosting provider, it might be your ISP, but we have absolutely no way to help you here on the WordPress.com forums, as we have no control over your site. Jetpack allows you to manage the site via your WordPress.com account, but WP-Admin forms part of the open source WordPress software, not Jetpack, and having Jetpack installed on your site won’t affect how WP-Admin works.

    For more help with this you can try asking in the self-hosted WordPress forums which provides support for the version of WordPress you’re using, but personally I won’t be surprised if they refer you back to your hosting provider in turn.
