  I have a webshow calledd ibuddies. but i can’t ge the mediea to show.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot embed Flash in your blog on WP.com. You either need the VideoPress upgrade or you need to upload it to an approved platform like YouTube or Vodpod first, and then use the WP.com shortcodes to put it in your blog.

  No. Read the link: only a few platforms are possible here, for security reasons. It’s probably easiest to use YouTube.
