Okay, I found it!
http://www.elegantthemes.com/What is this all about and how do I get it?

Those themes are for WordPress.ORG installs – not here at WordPress.COM

Aren’t you clever? You were right all along. It like… took me forever to find it.

It’s a shame but they have the template I need for my client.auxclass you have been very helpful and I am grateful for that – you’ve been here for hours… have you any sleep at all?

How do I create a website with my blog?
See > Using WordPress.com to Create a Website http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/
A WordPress blog can either be structured as a page based website or its conventional post based structure can be retained. That’s why understanding the differences between posts and pages, http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ comprehending the SEO implications of creating a page based structure, and knowing how to use custom menus http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
are key to decision making when selecting a theme, and setting up your WordPress.com blog. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/05/12/better-blogging-at-wordpress-com-pages-and-posts/One one hand, none of the characteristic “blog” features likes categories, tags, authors, dates, etc. can be removed from a free hosted WordPress.com blog without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/One that other hand, one can hack a WordPress.org theme free of charge. Have you read this comparison? WordPress.com and WordPress.org: The Differences http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Thank You timethief,
It’s all coming together now. You’ve all been awfully helpful.
I have a wix account myself and this looks very similar to it. Ultimately it was the template that I needed the most to champion the works of my client the best way possible. But, I have plenty other clients ready for me to set them up a blog.
I hope to eventually get the best out of your product. You really need to have a ‘WordPress for Dumber Dummies’. -
timethief, there is something else you might be able to help me with.
I’ve purchased through you ‘janeharveyberrick.com’ with the $99 package. I’m thinking now I need this address for my elegant theme. How can I do this? -
You can cancel the bundle but retain the domain name. Then you can update the name servers to point to the WordPress.org install.
For canceling a bundle > http://en.support.wordpress.com/bundles/#canceling-a-bundle
Refunds – We want you to love everything you do at WordPress.com, so we provide a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard.
See here for domain management http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/
If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers
