  The free website comes with the yoursite.WordPress.com subdomain, in your case I can see a free website link as
  monroesproducts.wordpress.com
  If you would like to set up with a Custom Domain, you would then require a Plan
  Even a Personal plan provides you with the Custom Domain, the Plans link above gives you details of the options available along with the Free plan to.
