My webmaster and husband, Brian J. Jones (a.k.a., The Middle Man) received bills (payments due) from Wix plus when he went to the soon to be website (http://www.sonshineelderadvisors.com) it showed to be under construction at WIX. My bank statement clearly shows a transaction between myself and WordPress on October 31, 2019, for the amount of $499.00. He said he initiated the steps necessary to put the website under the WordPress control.
(1.) Is there something else that needs to be done in order to have WordPress be who has the website? If so, please give me/my webmaster (husband) detailed instructions as to what to do.
(2.) Is there any further payment(s) due? If so, please provide a detailed listing.
(3.) Please accept any and all inquiries or matters related to my account from my webmaster/husband, Brian J. Jones, a.k.a., The Middle Man.Thank you for your timely response to my concerns.

If you webmaster has already started a site here (there are no sites on your account here, and I don’t know your webmaster’s account, so I don’t know the status of this), they’ll need to direct the domain name to us next. There are two options:
Mapping allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
