I seem to have to websites, one I have paid for and one I have not. When I work from another computer, it only brings up the unpaid site, and when I go to the paid site to work on it, i cannot do it, it takes me to the free site. Any suggestions….

What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

There is only one site on the account you’re currently logged in to, and it’s a free site: https://theempowermentprojectcoach.wordpress.com/
Perhaps you have more than one account here?
What is the URL of the other site?
-
Is there just a way to eliminate one of them.
I want to use the link: https://theempowermentproject.coach/ -
Howdy,
The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://theempowermentproject.coach/. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
Account recovery overview – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Lost password tool – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Account recovery form – https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recoveryLet us know if anything is unclear or you have any further questions.

You can delete this account you are currently logged in to if you wish but wouldn’t it be easier just to log in to the other account that owns the upgrade (that will have been created with different email address).
-
We only allow one account per email address, so the second account will be under a second email address.
You can transfer the sites into one account following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
And, if you do not recall the password to the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

At home I can edit theempowermentproject.coach
I cannot edit on any other computer, tablet or phone… -
Hi there,
To clarify, the account that controls theempowermentproject.coach is under a different email address and username in our system. It is not associated with the email address you mention, or with your @dmsmith1230 account.
At home I can edit theempowermentproject.coach
I cannot edit on any other computer, tablet or phone…It may be the case that the device you are using at home is keeping you “logged in” under the other account you have with us, but to gain full access to it on your other devices you will need to know the username/password of the other account. You cannot access theempowermentproject.coach via your @dmsmith1230 account.
Have you forgotten your password to access theempowermentproject.coach? If so, we are not able to help here in the support forums, as verifying account ownership requires us to ask you to provide info that is best not shared in this public venue.
Instead, please fill out this form here to the best of your ability: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
This will send all the info you have to our account recovery team, and from there they will contact you directly to assist you in regaining access to the account that owns theempowermentproject.coach.

I apologize for the confusion, my husband set up a new email address for the paid site and forgot to tell me.
