  Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com.

  If you’ve already bought hosting somewhere else, you’ll be using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org – something completely different from us :)

  You can contact your hosting provider directly for help with their process installing the WordPress software on their servers.

  You can find the documentation for that version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/, and support is provided by the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
