Web site about to be billed but don’t have account!!!

  I just received an email that I will soon be automatically billed for my website but I have not been able to access my site for almost a year and cannot do so now either. I DO NOT wish to renew as it has not worked in ages and WordPress has not helped. How do I resolve this? Who can I contact.
