  How can I change the billing address for our web site: TVLGA18.com? I am the new Administrator and would like to give you a new credit card #.

  You are an admin on the site connected to that domain, but the domain, and the site itself, belongs to another account, sshavenslga19

  To make any changes to the domain, or the billing info for any upgrades on that site, you either need to be logged in as the sshavenslga19 account, or else that account must transfer ownership of the site and upgrades to you:
