  You can add the “Pay with PayPal Block” if your website is in the Premium plan or above: https://wordpress.com/support/pay-with-paypal/#add-the-pay-with-pay-pal-block

  Are you looking to create an e-commerce store or would it be for a single purchasable product/service only? If you’re planning on creating a webshop, the best plan would be Business or eCommerce where you have access to WooCommerce and all the extended e-commerce options (especially in the eCommerce plan).
