  Hi,
  I am having trouble with our website, http://www.iccseminars.com.
  I believe we had it hosted by WordPress but then switched to SquareSpace sevearl years ago. The problem is DNS settings and not squarespace.

  We were told it is due to purchasing http://www.iccseminars.com via a 3rd party, which may be wordpress by an email I have from 2015. A site search for our URL points to Wild West Domains but I contacted them last night and they do not have a record of our site.
  Could you help us?

  The site I need help with is http://www.iccseminars.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  The domain’s name servers are pointed to Siteground, not Squarespace.

  They can be changed by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/change-name-servers/ but only through the WordPress.com account which owns the domain, the the account you’re currently logged in as.

  Hi! Thank you for responding!

  So now I have the domain linked back to our wordpress hosting site, however, we are not under squarespace and haven’t used this wordpress host since around 2015.

  Do you know best steps now to transfer the domain from wordpress to squarespace?
