These forums support sites hosted here at WordPress.com and using a different version of WordPress. Sites hosted elsewhere, like at Godaddy, use a different version that is supported over at
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

https://wordpress.org/support/That being said, check with your hosting provider if your site is completely down.
