  my web site: lawbolinger.com – is down and so is the associated email; I think it is on Automattic but I chked with Godaddy and they said to chk with Automattic; is there a way to reach Automattic? the email form says it will be weeks before I hear back; was hoping to get it back up sooner than a few wks…

  Have you let your domain expire? This thread has been tagged for staff assistance.
  PS: It appears the same thing happened last year and once again you aren’t logged in to the correct WordPress.com account that owns the domain.

  thanks robot; i’m not a total tech idot but I’m not sure what happened; hopefully staff can help me get back up and running…

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore lawbolinger.com to your account, but we need to move quickly on it because the domain will be entering redemption soon and it would cost much more to retrieve the domain at that point.

  However, as @themagicrobot mentioned, you’re not under the correct WordPress.com account and you’ll need to post in this thread under the account connected to the domain and I’ll proceed with the restoration.

  thx for getting back to me; don’t see how to log out; then logging back in if I use my bob at lawbolinger email it’s not working…
