We are no longer interested in continuing our subscription with wordpress and are very dissatisfied with your service. We have tried contacting you with issues stemming from our unfinished website and have had no response!! There have been withdrawals from our account to your service and we haven’t a clue what these fees are for. Our website has been unfinished due to our web builders lack of attention so we absorbed the cost as the problem was on our end but have no interest in continuing as we have had no contacts coming from this website. We do expect you to refund the $556.92 and the $18.00 withdrawn on May 28 2021 as soon as you can. If you would like to call us to discuss our action please feel free to do so although we really are not expecting a response due to the unsuccessful contacts with you over a year ago. Hi Jimmy,
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any upgrades from us. The upgrades in question belong to a completely different WordPress.com account.
I’ve replied to the email support ticket you also opened. Please follow up there if you have any further questions, as we cannot help with billing and account access issues here in the public forums.
Note that we do not provide phone support. The only way to resolve this is to reply to my email.

We replied to both emails you sent last year, on 17 June and 14 July respectively, but you never replied to those with the information we asked for to verify your ownership of the account in question.
