web site is down. login not working.

    Our website noojee.com.au has stopped working. We have made no changes to the site in some time.
    The error is:
    Fatal error: Cannot unset $this in /home/customer/www/noojee.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ajax-portfolio/lib/gravity-fields/classes/GF_Usermeta.php on line 93

    I have details of two logins for word press. This one ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) which shows as not having any websites.
    I also the username ‘administrator19’ however the password for that username is not working. I’d tried a password reset but no email has come through and I’m not actually sure which email address is associated with the above username.

    It appears that your domain “noojee.com.au” is using a self-hosted installation of the open source WordPress software at another hosting company (Google Cloud). Please keep in mind, these forums here at WordPress.COM are for WordPress websites hosted and managed at WordPress.COM

    In other words, if you visit Dashboard.WordPress.COM and the site in question is not listed, then the support does not belong here.

    Hi there,

    It seems that your site noojee.com.au is not hosted here on WordPress.com and instead it is using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.org hosted elsewhere, which is quite different (differences .com vs .org)
    Because of those differences, the same solutions won’t apply. You’ll find better help with your problem in their support forum https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    From the message I can assume the plugin ajax-portfolio is the one causing the problem. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking for assistance on how to deactivate the plugin.

    Note that the usernames and passwords you have could be for accessing the administrator dashboard at noojee.com.au/wp-admin and most likely are different from the credentials of the linked WordPress.com or WordPress.org account.
