web site loading issue

  Hello! My wordpress web site has a domain name (tnccomplete.com) connected to it. If I type http://www.tnccomplete.com into a search engine, it does not load. But, if I type in tnccomplete.com, it does.

  How can I correct this so people who type in the common www. can find the site?

  Hi Lisa,

  Your domain, http://www.tnccomplete.com, will always be redirected to tnccomplete.com, so you can feel free to use either version on your business cards or elsewhere.

  Redirecting the first version of your URL to the second version helps to ensure that search engines index your site properly.

  Hi Lisa – Also, your domain isn’t currently indexed by Google, because in Settings->Reading you’ve requested that search engines not index it.
