  I deleted an account with the name peaceoutandin.wordpress.com a month ago (because it was connected to an old email), and though it says that the name will no longer be available, I see no one else has it. Is there a way I can talk with WordPress customer service to see if I can get that name? Thank you!!!!!

  Probably not.
  See the Recycling Blog Addresses support page, noting that

  Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.
