web site not showing up online

    For 20 years our association used a different hosting site. A few years ago we hired a guy to redesign our site. He used WordPress to design and maintain the site. I assumed he was still using the old hosting company. He quite at the beginning of the year and I am trying to maintain things. I took over in May and our site was up and running. Now the site is not online. It was working fine in June before I went on vacation. I checked with the old hosting company and they said that WordPress/Automattic, Inc is now the hosting company.
    I do not know where my new site is and if there is anyway you can help me find it and get it back up online I would greatly appreciate it. Cathy
