  It appears your site is hosted at Kualo rather than WordPress.com. I recommend contacting their support since we wouldn’t have access to it.

  While your site may be built on WordPress technology, that is separate from WordPress.com hosting. We specifically support sites built with WordPress technology hosted on WordPress.com.

  Hi I’m trying to log in but we do not have access to the email we opened our account. How can I log in if we need to reset password but we do not have that email any longer.
  Right now the website is not working because it says we need to update but can’t log in thank you
