just getting started. i have woo commerce setting up my store. they keep telling me to contact you as site keeps going down. today telling me it goes into wordpress installation mode randomly?? can you look into this?

The site that you have shared here isn’t actually using WordPress.com. I know this is confusing, there are 2 versions of WordPress.
