    Im trying to recover my website. However, I think I may be using the wrong Username to gain access to the correct site as my current account is not showing any website. Please help

    Hi there:

    You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

    You see that you have “no websites” because you don’t have any websites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    Since your website is not loading at the moment, you need to reach out to your host HostGator for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem and get your website back online.
