  I have purchased domain from other site. now want to buy hosting on wordpress. can i install plugin web stories if bought hosting or have to again pay for this plugin?

  The two different wordpress kinds are wordpress.com and wordpress.org which work differently.

  Since your site is from a different site you are using wordpress.org

  If you wanted to use your site on wordpress.com you would need to purchase a business plan to be able to use any plugins.
