    I purchased a theme from yourselves and it came from Ovation Theme, it won’t load, everytime I try its says I need to purchase, I’ve been trying for a month, trying to get help from your support and getting no where, I have also emailed Ovation a few times with never a response. I am now finding this so stressful as just want to build my site. can you please help.

    The only sites I see on your @angelaryanbowen WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • bowentailoredforyou.wordpress.com

    That site does not appear to be using the theme that you mentioned by name. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
