Web Theme Error

    I am trying to implement the Outland Website Theme, but it keeps giving me an error message. Can you help with this?
    This is the Error Message:

    It looks like something went wrong while setting up your store. Please contact support so that we can help you out.

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure that I’ve understood your question. The Outland theme is one that was created by an outside company (that we are not connected to) so we are not familiar with this theme and how it is coded.

    However, if you can tell us more about the steps you are taking just before seeing that error message, as well as the URL of the page you saw the error on (so we can take a look) we’re happy to investigate.
