Web to Blog via RSS for new WordPress user

I am wanting to add blogs to one of my existing well known websites. I want to use wordpress with an RSS aggreator. I am wanting to simply display most of my RSS feeds from my other website into my blogs. The other website already produces RSS feeds. I want my wordpress blog to aggregate these feeds and display them as posts.
I have looked over some of the plugins but am curious which would be the best to support this function.

We do not use plugins at wordpress.com
