web url failure due to domain issue with automattic.com

  Hi !
  the organization I work for purchased this domain catenantcounseling.network and linked it to wordpress about a year ago. We weren’t able to work on it right away, and then when i most recently logged on I got a notifcation that there is a domain email registration issue. The person who purchased/ started this website at our organization left so I am unable to confirm the registration. Can you assist me with this issue?
  I believe we purchased the domain from wordpress.

  First you’ll need to gain access to the account. Was it purchased by the organization or by the individual?

  If the organization bought it or has the receipt from reimbursement, this may help:
  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  Once you have access to the account, you’ll be able to update the email address on the domain and confirm it.
