Hi there,
Can you show me a webcomic site to better understand the layout you want and help you find a suitable theme?

http://www.kevinandkell.com/
It has a navigation system, first page last page previous page next page and archive by post dates. comicpress is a good theme but it’s not in wordpress and I cant uploaded it. -
You can achieve this functionality with a theme that supports a Post Slider like Sketch:
https://wordpress.com/theme/sketch/
Here’s the demo to see how the previous/next feature works:
https://sketchdemo.wordpress.com/
and here are all the WordPress.com themes that support the Post Slider:

I was going to mention Panel but I’ve just looked for it and found that it has been retired from WordPress.com https://wordpress.com/theme/panel. I see your account is 11 years old. If you still have another older WordPress.com site somewhere then you would be able to activate Panel there. If you only have a recent site then I’m afraid that theme won’t be available to you.

Please explain more about:
but they don’t have the other navigation capability for webcomics.
Thanks!

in web comics site you have first comic, last comic, previous comic, next comic and archive of all the comics. every time you enter the site main page you will se the latest comics.
In addition to each comic you have a description with the date or any other info. -
@insanecomics Can you tell me more about the webcomic you are planning? Is it a three/four panel strip like you’d see in a newspaper or is it going to be full pages of panels like in a comic book? Have you looked at the Panel theme? (I Don’t know if it will show more than 4 panels in the 5 minutes I’ve been looking at it and it only shows “first” “latest” and “random” comic strips). If that was suitable and you didn’t want to move to a WordPress.org install then I could transfer my old unused site to you which currently has the Panel theme activated. If that is too basic for your plans you might need to consider moving to self-hosting and the WordPress.org software where the world would be your lobster as far as comical customisation is concerned.

Hi there,
I had a look at the other sites in your account, and you’d be able to use the Panel theme on your unused Just Doodles site:
https://justdoodles.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?search=panel
Perhaps activate the theme on that site and give it a try. If it works for you, we can help move all your upgrades to that site instead, but you won’t be able to use Panel on your current site.
As a rule we don’t recommend using retired themes, though, as being retired means we won’t prioritise the theme for non-security-critical bug fixes, and it might not support new features launched on WordPress.com. But it’s the only webcomic theme on WordPress.com, and using a third party one would require the Business Plan.

Thank you but, I will go to another hosting service for a my webcomic.
And use this one for my personal site. Hopefully I can change the domain name with another one I have. -
Please don’t cancel the wdecomic.com domain if you want to use it somewhere else. If you cancel it might not be released immediately, and you might not be able to register it again elsewhere. You can follow these instructions to point it to another service:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
If you have another domain you own elsewhere you then want to use for your WordPress.com site, you can connect it here by adding a domain mapping upgrade:
