  WordPress.com is free, as you found out when you registered.

  You are. There is no telephone support. Did you have a specific question beyond the answers you found in the HELP button on every screen on the backend of WordPress or at Learn WordPress or WrodPress.com Support documentation? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Thanks.

  Notice that wp.com and wp.org are very different from each other. Also realize that lorelle is perfectly correct: there is no phone support for WordPress.com, nor for WordPress.org.

  If you don’t want to comply with the restrictions on wp.com, then you should investigate the wp.org option: Pay a host to get your site live and online, use the free wp.org software to make it work.

  Please realize that a blog is actually a website. A blog has the unique option to post about events, happenings, and current information your readers may find useful. A website is traditionally made up of static pages about your business: what you do, your prices, perhaps a way to collect money from customers… and so on.
