webhook :'(

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hello,

I’m writing to you today for a conflict between wordpress and stripe apparently :(

I recently received an email from Stripe telling me that there is a problem with ‘webhook delivery’ …
I then contacted the Stripe service which refers me to you, and I quote: ‘In order to know the correct URL for your Endpoint, I would advise you to contact your WordPress platform as it seems that your webhook is connected with it. ‘

Could you help me with this? I am desperate …
    Thanks in advance.

    Clër.

I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  • Hi there,

http://www.cler-dodu.fr/ appears to use the WordPress software and is hosted with another company than WordPress.com. In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:

To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
    https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

That said, it sounds like this issue is more between Stripe and WooCommerce, than the WordPress software in general. What I can suggest is that you first check in with the WooCommerce folks who are more familiar with this type of issue – they also have a support forum at WordPress.org:
