  As per your message details for error, timedout error may becoming due to heavy data being executed or some error in code. It requires to check code and where the webhook is triggered.

  May i see code?

  WordPress.com doesn’t provide a direct setting to increase the webhook timeout limit from 5 seconds to 300 seconds. However, I suggest you optimize your webhook endpoint, making sure it responds more quickly. The ideal webhook endpoint should acknowledge receipt immediately and process the data asynchronously.
