  What is a webhook? It is listed last in the “Settings” column.

  I’ve been waiting since they introduced this feature ( http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2010/04/14/hook-line-and-sinker/ ) to see if someone would actually post a webhook. The only one I came across was the one in the comments on that post that sends an SMS to a mobile phone when a comment was added for moderation, but at that time it was only available to mobile phones in the US.
