Webhooks SSL support

  I’m sorry, there are bug, because webhooks functional doesn’t support https:// links. My local wordpress installation works well ssl links.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No.
  Visit /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=webhooks and try to add
  – https://yourmonitor/ as a webhook listener.

  http:// works well instead of https

  Thx for answer!
  I want to connect WP blog to internal ticket system. Creating tickets by each user’s comment to specific blogpost.

  My ticket system work only by HTTPS protocol, not HTTP (using redirect).

  But webhooks, unfortunately, didn’t send requests through HTTPS, only HTTP. Please, fix thix issue if its possible.
