  I have a question about my Blog alicepondersabout.wordpress.com.
  Do i Need an external Host to go online or does wordpress Webhosting Too? Kindest regards. Alice

  WordPress.com free plan includes 3 GB of hosting space at no cost. So you are good to go as is.

  Ok. Someone told me that i still Need a webhost like one.com for my wordpress.blog. So this was a wrong Information..

  That is not entirely wrong. If you are self-hosting using WordPress.org software, then you need a web host whereas WordPress.com hosts for your for free, to start with.

  I encourage you read the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ so you are better informed :)
