I need help with a Webinar Software that is affordable or free for a bi-weekly bible study meeting on line across England, Australia, Fiji and the USA. Attendees will be in the 100s initially and may increase exponentially. I shall look forward to your opinions and advice.

If you are talking about a self-hosted site using the WP software, then please head over to https://wordpress.org/support for assistance. If you don’t have a username account there, you can register one on that page.
To clarify, standalone WP and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
