Webiste/WordPress Account Tied to Defunct Email Address

Hello, I am unable to access my account because the email address it is tied to is no longer active and therefore is no use for password reset. I have tried to fill out the account recovery form, including my PayPal transaction ID for a payment to WordPress, but when I do that I receive an error message that that transaction ID is invalid. What are next steps?

I’ve sent an email to the address on your Account Settings page and will follow up with you there for more information about the transaction ID.

Hi Gemma, thanks for your help. The email address on the account settings page is (email visible only to moderators and staff). This email address has been deleted, so I am unable to access the message you sent (and also why I am unable to retrieve my password for the account).
Can you please send the email to my new gmail account? It’s (email visible only to moderators and staff).
