Webmail Invalid Credentials

  Hi,

  Trying to login to my webmail but keep getting the error

  LGI-0006 Categories=USER_INPUT Message=’Invalid credentials.’ exceptionID=-1620016755-9740588

  I’ve tried resetting the password but that doesn’t help.

  Hi there,

  I am able to see that you are connecting your domain largobaysc.org.uk to us, but that Easyspace is the registrar of the domain. It’s not clear from your domain settings but is your email account provided by them as well (possibly as part of your domain costs) or do you use a different provider for email instead?
