I wanted to kindly ask if somebody could help me with the following questions:
1. how can add an xml file (sitemap) to my root folder
This is an Issue that Google gives me (Warnings
Url blocked by robots.txt.
Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt.)
2. can I use google analytics with my WP blog (spacer.im)?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You do not have access to add files like you are asking when using WordPress.com.
Google Analytics is available on WordPress.com when you sign up for a WordPress.com Business plan. WordPress.com also has a free built-in stats tracking service.
