  Hi Guys,
  I am after a page which can do the following:
  homepage, blog, product catalog, recipes about section.
  I’d like a header across the top with the menu which stays when scrolling down.
  I’d like a instagram widget and a pop up window to captcha emails for a free ebook.
  What plan do I need and can you please point out some design themes for me. Its ok if they are at cost.

  Hello,

  WordPress.com has a wide range of themes for you to choose from in the Theme Showcase. Each theme has an about page that includes features and instructions.

  You can use the ‘Find a Theme’ dropdown at the top of the page to filter by feature, layout, colour, or price.

  I can’t recommend a particular theme based on what you have listed but the theme information will tell you whether the theme has what you are looking for. Have a look in the ‘Features’ box — the links will load other themes with the same features.
