  I added a folder into my file mananger and want to make a pagina from it. How can I do that? In the folder is a webpage and I want to see it in all my pages when I open the page menu.
  Please advise me.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
