  If I close my wordpress adress, will I still be able to use the website linked to another adress?

  I’m not sure if you’re talking about closing your website durosswolfhounds.wordpress.com and being able to reuse another domain you have linked with it?
  Sorry I haven’t got what you meant, can you expand it?

  I currently have two website addresses, which isn’t ideal. I would like to only continue with one and would like to close one of the two. Will the other one then still function?

  You can close/delete any of your websites or – if you don’t want it to be irreversible – set it as private, so anyone included search engine will see it online.

  If you have some content on the website you want to close that you’d like to have on the website you’re keeping open, you can migrate the content from one site to another.

  If you don’t know how to do any of the above, I can suggest some guides and provide advice :)
