Webpage crashing on phone but not laptop – No Server Errors on backend

I have a WordPress website built using the OceanWP Theme and Elementor. When I test it on my laptop it, everything works fine. But when I test it on my iPhone, it will load but then it keeps crashing when I scroll. It does this using Safari and Google Chrome. It does it using WiFi and if using Cellular Data. There are no errors in the Error Log in the CPanel, so I don’t think that it’s a server issue. When the webpage crashes, it does not give a specific “error message”. On Safari it says “A problem repeatedly occurred on …” On Chrome it says “Webpage is not available.” Any suggestions?
